Craft One Bottle of Gin at On The Wall Distillery Gin School Immerse yourself in the art of gin-making with our signature Gin School experience – the perfect day out to create and enjoy your very own 70cl bottle of gin. Price: £80 per person – this includes making your bottle of gin, drinks throughout the day, and a delicious lunch. During this 4–5 hour hands-on experience, you’ll be guided by our expert distillers as you explore the fascinating history of gin, dating back to the 1600s. You’ll hand-select your botanicals, craft your own bespoke recipe, and distil your creation using one of our stunning copper stills. While your gin distills, relax and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch in our welcoming distillery setting. Options include a hearty Ploughman’s Lunch with cheese, homemade sausage rolls, pickles, chutney, and warm rolls. All dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice. Once your gin is ready, you’ll wax-seal, label, and name your 70cl bottle – ready to take home and share with family and friends.
