Our Gin School experience at On The Wall Distillery is a hands-on, expertly guided distilling session where you’ll create your very own bespoke gin from scratch. Designed to be both immersive and enjoyable, this experience is perfect for gin lovers and those looking for something truly unique. During your visit, you’ll be guided by our experienced distillers as you learn the fundamentals of gin production and explore a wide range of carefully selected botanicals. Using your own individual still, you’ll craft and distil a 70cl bottle of gin tailored entirely to your personal taste. As part of the experience, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of our award-winning On The Wall Distillery gins, along with two complimentary drinks. Additional drinks are available to purchase on the day. While your gin is distilling, you’ll relax and enjoy a premium lunch, with options such as a refined traditional Ploughman’s featuring artisan cheeses, homemade sausage rolls, chutneys, pickles, and freshly baked rolls. All dietary requirements can be catered for. At the end of your experience, you’ll take home your handcrafted gin, professionally bottled and labelled — a unique creation and a lasting reminder of your time at the distillery.
