Craft Two Bottles of Gin at On The Wall Distillery Gin School Discover the art of gin-making with our premium Gin School experience – the perfect day out for two people to craft two full bottles of their very own gin while enjoying an unforgettable journey into the world of distilling. Over the course of this 4–5 hour, fully interactive experience, you’ll explore the fascinating history of gin, dating back to the 1600s. Guided by our expert distillers, you’ll hand-select your botanicals, develop bespoke recipes, and bring your creations to life on your own copper stills. While your gin distills, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch of your choice, freshly prepared and served in our relaxed distillery setting. Choose from a hearty Ploughman’s Lunch, featuring cheese, homemade sausage rolls, pickles, chutney, and warm rolls. All dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice. Once your gins are distilled, you’ll wax-seal, label, and name your two 70cl bottles, ready to take home and share with family and friends. This experience costs £160 for two people and includes two full-sized 70cl bottles of your craft gin to take away.
