At our Gin School, you’ll discover the art of distilling and create a gin that’s truly your own. Choose to make one 70cl bottle to share between two people using a single still, or craft your own 70cl bottle each on two stills.
Guided by our expert distillers, you’ll select from a wide range of botanicals to design a flavour profile that perfectly suits your taste.

During your experience, you’ll also sample our award-winning gins, learning what makes each one so distinctive. While your gin distills, sit back and enjoy a delicious lunch of your choice.
Opt for a traditional Ploughman’s
Lunch featuring cheese, homemade sausage rolls, pickles, chutney, and warm rolls.
