At our Gin School, you’ll discover the art of distilling and create a gin that’s truly your own. Craft a 70cl bottle on your very own still, guided every step of the way by our expert distillers.

You’ll explore a carefully curated selection of botanicals, designing a flavour profile that perfectly reflects your personal taste.
During your experience, you’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of award-winning On The Wall Distillery gins, with a selection available to enjoy on the day.
You’ll receive two complimentary drinks as part of your experience, with additional drinks available to purchase.
While your gin gently distils, relax and indulge in a premium lunch of your choice.
You may opt for a refined take on a traditional Ploughman’s, featuring artisan cheeses, homemade sausage rolls, seasonal pickles, chutneys, and freshly baked warm rolls.

Every experience is relaxed, hands-on, and thoughtfully curated to feel truly special. All dietary requirements can be catered for. You’ll leave with your own beautifully bottled gin and the satisfaction of having created it entirely from scratch.
